    The following was adapted by Kashiwaya Sensei from a quiz in a book by Yutaka Otsuka Sensei (Ki no Kenkyukai Foundation Executive Director and Ki no Kenkou Gakuen Head). The title is translated as "Protecting Yourself: Risk Management - Health Management." The quiz is designed to help you determine whether you are aware of yourself, so be honest.
